Company is going down hill. Lack of responses from management when there is an issue, lack of follow through by management post meetings, lack of consistent care by the pool techs. Our community pool has not been serviced since Sunday (which was 3 days ago!) yet we still pay for daily service.

This company has no regard for managing your pool. With Swim Club until we got rid of them, our pool was dirty (it actually had a ring of scum around it like a nasty bath tub). It was unsafe. The chemicals were unbalanced. Our pool bathrooms were gross (see pictures). And at our HOA it turned out that someone was living in the bathrooms that Swim Club said they were cleaning every day!! Swim Club takes no responsibility. They do the bare minimum. They lie. They do not GAD about your facilities. They are no good.

SCMC managed our community pool on behalf of our HOA and consistently failed to meet service level agreements. Our pool was closed at peak times and on weekends because they were not providing the lifeguards the company was contracted to provide. Our community eventually had to close the pool for the season early. What a debacle. If you are seeking pool management services, I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere.
