Charlotte always does a great job! We moved here about a year ago and it’s the only place we take our 5 and 3 yo. I will say, they are fairly strict with appt times and Birkdale is BUSY so plan 10-15 minutes extra just to find parking and get into the shop! We always do that and haven’t had issues.

This is the best place for kids to get a cut. My 17 month old grandson's hair was cut by his other grandma and boy did she really chop it to pieces. It was awful. The young lady who fixed it was great with him and did an excellent job. You can't even tell is was butchered I believe her name was Brittany. Go see her. She's wonderful.

Brought my daughter here for her first haircut yesterday and I was not disappointed. I loved that they have the first haircut package for my personal keepsakes. The real shining star here was our stylist. Brittany was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and did so great with my daughter. She was patient with my daughter and with me and my mother taking pictures the whole time lol. She even blew bubbles behind us in the end so we could get a picture of her smiling. She gave great professional opinions on my daughter's hair and what would look best with what we wanted.
