I just recently changed from my previous dentist to Reimels, Miller & Paterra this week. The whole process from the beginning to my first treatment was easy and efficient. Everyone from the front desk staff to insurance verification was quick and easy. My Insurnace was even verified before I arrived for my first appointment. Dr. Godwin was thorough and caring during my new patient exam and the X-Ray tech Susan was gentle and patient with me. After my first visit I had a detailed treatment plan and got lucky and was able to schedule my fillings and cleaning for the following day. Kandiss was my hygienist and was caring and thorough. I wanted to give a big shout out to Reimels Dentistry for the care and special attention to detail they provided for me during my dental restoration project. Dr. Patera and his staff could not have provided better care. When you are looking for a dentist please entrust your smile to Reimels Dentistry.
Very thorough first exam made me feel like I’m in the right hands. Also, I loved the exam room with its view out to nature and the squirrels and birds. It kept me feeling very serene. Looking forward to being a patient here!
