We had multiple companies come out and give us outrageous solutions with even crazier price tags. Then we met Tyler from Ram Jack, and the difference was night and day. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. Tyler was absolutely phenomenal! He is down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about what he does. You can immediately tell that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers, not just making a sale. Tyler with Ram Jack was a delight to work with. He didn’t try to oversell us on options we didn’t need and explained the various price points and services. Some areas that I thought were signs of foundation issues were water damage and Tyler let us know what to address now and what to keep an eye on.

** UPDATE - Since I wrote the original two-star review I have once again called them up. It appeared to me that our problems were getting worse so I tried one last time.
The person who answered the phone (I believe Kimberly) was incredibly friendly. Mike came out pretty quickly, observed the property, advised another helical pier. Also said he was going to do a warranty check on the existing piers.
Crew came out - professional, timely, did good work and cleaned up to the point where you could barely tell they were here. As much if not more than you would hope for.
