Service and quality varies way too much among stylists!!! Some do SNS that lasts for 3+ weeks and some do a bad job and it ends up chipping in 24-48 hours. Should be more consistent, not taking a gamble with whoever you get.
I was a walk in...immediately addressed me and was accomodated for a nail and pedicure service. I did not get the name of my nail assistant, however, I was blown away with her attentiveness, skill, the LEG and FOOT MASSAGE! The best I have ever had. I am a customer for life!
I was warmly welcomed upon arriving! Dfntly get alot of eyes and I am sure questions are upon everyone's face as only a man walks in! But rest assured... we are all there to have the best treatment available!
