First puppy visit for my sweet 14 week old Kambi. I won’t lie, I was kinda nervous. She is a Goldendoodle full of spunk and had never left my side till today. She did great and looked adorable. Everything I requested and spoke about was honored and fulfilled. The communication was spot on also. I can’t express enough how pleased I was. Thank you for the great care you showed my baby girl. We’ll see you again in 6 weeks. Thanks again!!
Literally cannot sing their praises enough. Makenzie and her team are amazing. My dog is very anxious and was very unaccustomed to the groomer. And they are so accommodating and patient with him! She took the time to build a relationship with my dog build up his trust and tolerance and now he does amazing! She knows his triggers and is receptive to what he needs. She always starts with the same paw because she knows if she does that one last he gets impatient/touchy, lol. We’ve been seeing them for 6+ years. I do not trust my dog with anyone else. First visit here was pretty decent. The grooming itself looked clean and professional, especially the ear cleaning and nail trim. There was a mix-up with my appointment timing, but the front desk fixed it quickly and offered water while I waited. Nice to see staff owning mistakes respectfully.
