Northcross Eye Associates

I have gone to Northcross Eye Associates for many years now. Dr. Jason Crawford and his team are outstanding every time I visit. His office has a very personable atmosphere, they are very efficient in their intake/visit time, and I always come away feeling like they care. In addition to regular annual visits, Dr. Crawford tries to accommodate problem visits should they arise. He is attentive and goes out of his way to help, whether it’s by offering his own advice and care or helping to connect patients to providers who can help if their needs are beyond optometry. Seriously such an amazing team! They’ve always been so attentive to our vision needs and work hard to provide great service. I go to college out of state and they’ve been understanding in fitting me in with my crazy schedule

So I arrived for 11:15 appointment, showed up and then was promptly assisted with one half of exam. I then was placed to wait for doctor almost 20 min.. with no explanation.. from the reviews here.. I see this is common. Be aware that this will not the fastest visit but the staff does seem to be getting better. The doctor is very helpful and nice
