When I was picking my color a tech came over to ask if I needed help. I showed her the inspiration photo (see attached) she said she had that color at her chair and I could go sit down.As she started I noticed the tips that were being used were the wrong size (see photo) but she said it was fine and they’d “fill” with acrylic.When it was time for color I said the color seemed much darker than the picture and asked if the chrome would lighten it enough to match the photo.I was told it would look like photo, but it definitely does not and they are very sloppy.Note that I did ask for a different shape than photo.

I visited the salon for a mani pedi and accidentally left the book I was reading behind. I called in to see if they had it and they confirmed they found my book. I said I would come by to pick it up in the evening. I just stopped in and they told me they had it set out on a chair and a lady said it was hers and took it this morning without checking her name. The man I spoke to was not apologetic and I am disappointed they didn’t keep it behind the desk for me.However during my visit I had an amazing manicure and pedicure with the friendliest technicians. My nails looked amazing! I’m leaving a poor review for how they handled my lost book.Services: Pedicure

I’ve been going there for a couple of months and usually get Nam. He is very good and did the below for me for Halloween. Great casual atmosphere and always just walk in. Remember cash only!
