Autumn Care of Cornelius is a rehabilitation and nursing care facility offering short-term and long-term stays. It is described as a fantastic facility with good managers and a home-like atmosphere. The caring staff, including knowledgeable nurses and very helpful CNAs, provides skilled nursing and individualized care. Residents report being very happy with the top quality of care, the therapy department, and the attentive service. Many note it is a nice place to stay and a much better experience than other facilities, contributing to positive outcomes and recovery.
Our Mom was recently at Autumn Care for rehab after a hospital stay. I cannot say enough about the excellent care she received. We have heard so much about rehab centers in the area and you mainly hear the negative reviews. We toured a few and looked into all of the reviews and positive feedback which helped us decide on Autumn Care. Our Mom and the family could not be happier with the decision. She was comfortable, well cared for, enjoyed the food and her OT, PT and speech therapists were all amazing. Great center and would recommend to everyone. The customer service is top notch and the therapy and nursing departments are amazing. If you’re looking for any Skilled Nursing Home, you will not be disappointed coming here.
My mom recently had a stay at this facility after having a knee replacement. Simply put, this facility was exceptional. Every interaction we had with the staff was very respectful, compassionate, and made my mom feel loved and welcomed. The nurses and aides made sure that she had everything she needed. Her pain was managed extremely well by the clinical staff. She was seen very promptly by the physician and all the questions we had were answered. The therapy did a great job of getting her up, moving and conditioned to return home. The progress they made with my mom in such a short time was amazing!
