All I needed was air in my tires. I was able to get my tires filled up very quickly with no charge. The gentleman doing it was super nice. I recommend this place for that and will definitely go there again.
I wasn't able to get the tire i needed at the location closest to my house. They said they couldn't pick one up or have it delivered from another location for a few days. I drove to Huntersville and they not only located the tire, but picked it up for me so I didn't have to drive around on my spare.
I had such a great experience at Firestone Auto Care. Ali and Alexis were both incredibly friendly and understanding, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. They made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car, and they were able to take care of all the issues the same day. Being new to the area, it feels great to have found a local place I can trust with my car. Highly recommend!
