When good customer is a thing of the past. Not this company. It's alive and well! Moved to this area 5 mo. Ago and hv had some unpleasant experiences. Had this company help me with my laptop. Excellent customer service . They will definitely be my go to for all my computer needs!

My laptop was experiencing dropped FPS while gaming for 15-20 minutes. I contacted Charlotte PC Works, and they sent me a video on how to fix it, and it worked! don't need to take my laptop to anywhere

Great family owned business. They did excellent work on my PC and kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind that everything was going to be fine. Highly recommend them
