I had Andy and Will replace my old gutter covers with a better grade cover after I saw how they added covers to a neighbor's home. They did a great job removing the old covers and cleaning out years of accumulated dirt before replacing the covers with a newer type. They also made some minor adjustments to the roof to better handle rain runoff. In addition, since they also do exterior washing, I was able to get on their schedule for that as well.The exterior of my house now looks better than it has in years and, after a good soaking rain, I saw no leaks and everything seems to be draining properly.

The Red Awning Gallery is run as a program of WNCSociety of Artisans where artisans have the opportunity to learn the business of art by working and displaying their work. There are 13 displaying artisans presently who do work in a wide range of media. As one of the founding members I can tell you as entrepreneurs we are constantly learning and growing our craft and businesses together. I love the community and the staff at the HUB is outstanding. There are 7 of us who offer classes or will be in the near term. The quality of work has put us on the Blue Ridge Craft Trail and rivals anything you can find in Asheville or other major art centers across the nation but without the high city prices. If you visit the gallery you will be greeted by a friendly creative member who will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you might have. We also gladly accept commissions if you don’t find exactly what you are looking for. Three of us have studio space upstairs in the Art Center above the gallery and welcome visitors while we are working. We also host the First Friday events at the HUB that feature the work of individual members, our student work, studio tours, book launches and a holiday open house that are open to the public. If you are looking unique gift ideas this is the place for you.
During a recent move the moving company broke three of the four legs off our dining table. J & M was able to replicate them. The turn around was fast, they did a great job and they were very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend.

I didn’t have landscaping done by this company, but I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. 25 minutes away from home on my way to work. These 2 men stopped and tried to help me fix my tire. The dealership did not give me a key for my tire lock, but these men tried to help me and stayed with me until they knew help was coming. Anyone who would stop for a random girl crying on the side of the road are good people; so I know these men are hard workers and I’m very thankful for their help. I hope they see this and know I appreciate them more than they know!
Alyssa is an amazing photographer!! I can't say enough about her and her outstanding work. She not only creates beautiful photos, she pays attention to detail, and makes you feel at ease. I have been working with Kim since November 2019. At that point, I had been working out for a couple years on my own but felt like I needed guidance from a professional to reach my goals. Since Kim and I have started working together, my strength has increased tremendously — I went from squatting 135 for 1 (barely!) to now being able to do 135 for sets of 10. I have learned so much about proper form & making the most of my workouts. I am SO glad that I joined the DSM crew because I honestly don’t think I would have been able to achieve what I have without her help!
Beth was very helpful. Process was easy and selection of frames was excellent! My glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes.. There wasn’t any pressure to buy something I didn’t need. I would definitely go there again!
