The Roof Mentors seriously went above and beyond for us! Over the course of 5 months, my insurance company sent 5 different people to our house. By the time The Roof Mentors came out, they were the 6th person I’d had to talk to. We had a roof leak getting worse with every downpour, and while everyone else seemed to drag their feet, the last guy (from The Roof Mentors) jumped into action right away. I don’t know what kind of magic he and his team worked, but within a week their crew was on our property and had a brand new roof on—in under a day! Granted, they were beating on the roof at 6am, but I’ll let that slide because they were standing on all ten toes to get us taken care of. What really stuck out to me was that they actually came to our house, sat down with us, and explained the whole process start to finish. They checked in before, during, and after—physically came to our home and communicated the entire way through. I don’t know about you, but that is huge these days when most people think a quick text is enough. Their guys were respectful, on time, loyal, and honest—everything you want when doing business with someone. When our insurance company started giving us the runaround, The Roof Mentors stepped in and handled it. They fought for us, kept me updated the whole time, and made sure the job got done right.
