I have been coming here for over 30 years. The doctors here are great, even help detected a detached retina which probably saved the vision in my right after rushing to Duke. However, my last experience wasn't so great with the optical dispensary on the first floor. After picking up a pair of sunglasses that I had made with my prescription from upstairs, which I only wore a few days over the weekend, I noticed that there was a bright light between the frame and the lens at the top that was shining through. I was very pleased with this eyecare doctors office. My mom is the one who referred me to you guys. My son has Carolina Complete Health and every time I found him an eye doctor. They did the eye exam, but they did not prescribe the glasses and they say you can call the back of your insurance card and they’ll tell you which places but a lot of those places didn’t take his insurance. It was becoming overwhelming and frustrating so when I was able to get everything done here in one place I felt a lot better. I have been going to Professional Eye Care for 22 years. They are the best. Professional, friendly, helpful and clean. Even when the staff changes the environment is still peaceful and inviting. Would ? recommend.
