Staff is very friendly but they over schedule appointments and you end up waiting...forever. there's no reason I should have to wait an hour past our scheduled time WITH my 4yo... the place is packed everytime were here. EDITED to add that after I posted this the owner reached out personally to apologize about the wait and that goes a LONG way in my book!

Everyone at professional eye Care was very nice professional the office was very clean and organized and they treated my daughter with respect. I would definitely recommend professional eye Care for all of your vision needs

The entire staff at Professional Eye Care is always friendly and helpful. From the front desk check- in ( Lynne ), to the lady who did the eye imaging photos, Dr. Naylor is always pleasant to see, the ladies that helped me pick and fit my glasses, super amazing and last but not least the check out lady was also extremely friendly! Amazing staff!
