We got "yellow" 3 years ago and absolutely adore her. She has grown up to be a beautiful dog. Very playful and loving. Would absolutely recommend WCL. I see her mom just had some new pups too.

After a lot of research and reading, we bought a black lab puppy from Cathy and Pete to raise as a service dog. We've been home with our puppy, Rain, for about a week and a half now and we couldn't be more impressed. Rain has the sweetest temperament, is calm in public and around other people and animals, and is already learning basic obedience skills. She's been a true joy! It's obvious that so much of what makes Rain a perfect fit for our family is the love and care her breeders put into her. I couldn't recommend Winter Creek enough. Cathy and Pete are one of a kind. Exceptional in every sense of the word. My little angel “Sister” is nearly 12 weeks old. Cathy sent photos from the moment she was born, and many others throughout the following 8 weeks. This is truly a small, family run, in-home breeder. At just 8 weeks, Sister knew her name, was happy and confident, and slept through the night in her crate after just 2 days! Thanks to Cathy’s dedication and care, she’s already 95% housebroken (only accidents have been my fault for not getting her out in time).
