I am so thankful that I have found a great primary doctor (Patel) and ARNP (Kristin) in Holly Springs.All my health concerns are addressed, Prescriptions are sent asap to CVS, notifications of test results are swiftly provided, staff is very professional and Labcorp is right in their office. I recommend this provider to all my friends & family.

Been going here since it opened and Dr. Patrl is awesome however the staff and getting routine annual physical results are atrocious. Staff is very rude and gets annoyed when you have to keep calling them weekly for results since they won't call you when the results are ready. Baffling how a once great practice is now terrible.

Really pathetic service from the office while the doctor has been great. I had done my annual labs 2 weeks back and my wife had hers a month back. The office mentions they will follow up after pur labs and provide the prescription or schedule a follow up. But none so far even after reaching out a couple of times to the office. I believe high time I need to find another PCP near me.
