We had an incident where a different company left our gate open and our dog escaped (luckily we found him). And Cody goes out of his way EVERY time to highlight he checked that all gates are closed.
Cody did an amazing job. Really appreciated his time to walk me through problem areas and ways of mitigating potential problems. Looking forward to having him return for the next service.
