PRANA Yoga Holly Springs

Only a few classes in and this place has already been amazing! The kindest staff and the most peaceful environment. They offer lots of different class options and everything you do in class is modifiable for your comfort level. I’ve felt so welcome here and am already feeling the benefits of my yoga here!

I have tried multiple yoga studios over the years and Prana is hands down the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. All the staff are very welcoming. I love the variety of classes that are offered…especially the arial classes and the hot classes. You won’t be disappointed when coming to Prana. Come try it out and see for yourself!

Since day one I have loved Prana yoga. I am always greeted by name, the classes are amazing, and the community is so genuine. The yoga is safe and grounding for all levels. I always leave feeling stronger and more centered. I literally find myself planning my
week around my
yoga classes:)

Prana has an amazing space in downtown Holly Springs- the studio has a beautiful feel with lots of natural light, is very clean, & tidy, but personable and welcoming! I like that the studio /props are designed with neutral colors. The teachers are knowledgeable and very diverse with so many offerings. The classes are all levels with modifications. My favorite is the Hot Flows which can be found from Sunrise to end of day. Aerial and Sculpt are also a great options offered too. I love the boutique feel with different yoga, crystals, and wellness shopping. All sunrise classes come with free wellness/energy shot. The community is very friendly and staff / instructors are encouraging. 5 Star Experience!!

I love being a member of prana yoga. All of the instructors are so nice and welcoming and I really enjoy the variety of classes they offer.

I can’t say enough good things about Prana Yoga! hands down the best yoga studio in town! As a military member, I’ve faced my share of physical and mental challenges, and this place has been a game changer for my health and well being. Their classes have not only improved my strength and flexibility but have also brought me a sense of peace and relaxation I didn’t know was possible. It’s no surprise they’ve won multiple awards. The instructors are top-notch, the atmosphere is welcoming, and every session feels like a reset for both body and mind. If you’re looking for a studio that truly delivers, this is it. Five stars all the way!

PRANA is an outstanding studio to belong to and practice at. I've been a member for over 2 years and have enjoyed the variety of classes they offer. The teachers are knowledgeable and creative and their classes are always time well spent. There is a welcoming yoga community at the studio that anyone would be thrilled to take part in. I highly recommend looking through their class and seminar schedule and booking your first class as soon as possible!

Great class options! Class times that work for my schedule. Variety from class to class even when going to the “same” class. And the class leaders are knowledgeable, energetic; creative, and inspirational.

I'm so glad I found Prana. I'm usually a bit hesitant about new places, but this studio just feels right. It's truly welcoming, and that's been huge for me. I've been attending regularly, and it's been amazing to see how much my practice has grown, both physically and mentally. It's become a really important part of my week, something I genuinely look forward to. If you're looking for a supportive yoga community, I'd definitely recommend Prana.
