The gentleman doing my gel mani was very kind and it was clean enough, but the actual job was just meh. It was also kind of expensive for the level of service they provided. I wouldn't go back, but it wasn't awful either.
I don’t often leave bad reviews, but feel I need to in this case. The nail salon was somewhat dirty; there was a weird film on the chair and floor. Someone was sleeping on their couch as you walk in the door. It smelled like a dirty diaper (could have been someone’s lunch?). Fox News was playing, which is a cringy choice. The gentleman who did my pedicure was kind, but he cut me with the nail clippers then left some of the blood, as well as polish, on my skin.
I've been to many nail salons and have spent a small fortune on pedicures since moving to Holly Springs! I have NEVER returned to any. Today was my first time at Nail Experts. They are at walking distance to my home. Before Nikki finished polishing my nails I knew I would be back! She was quiet, respectful, accommodating professional and best of all EXCELLENT!!! Thank you Nikki. I will return!!
