Contacted Mr. Rooter for an emergency service after work due to ongoing issues with my septic tank and plumbing. They were able to get to me as the last appointment that night. They provided me with 3 options based on the problem and were able to get me situated with working plumbing for the night before finishing the rest of the job early the next morning since they didn’t have some parts they needed on the truck at the time.
They came out and fixed our issue. They were clear about the cost and when it looked they might be harder to fix than originally thought, they let us know and how that would affect our cost.
