Had a great experience twice with Ideal services. Toby was here over the summer and provided great service and honest recommendations. Tonight I received more top notch service from Nick . He took the time to explain all my options and got my heat up and running again on a chilly night.
Ideal is not a mom and pop business It is part of a much larger entity of businesses. The gentleman who came to my residence was very knowledgeable Took his time to explain the work that was being performed I felt like he had no pressure to upsell,he did make suggestions that I appreciated. The appointment was easy to book Thank you
