After moving to Holly Springs a few years ago, I needed to find a new chiropractor since my previous one had retired. I've been seeing Dr. Adamson at Holly Springs Chiropractic for several months now to address a sore lower back, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I've received. Dr. Adamson and his staff have been nothing short of excellent. He focuses on treating the root cause of the issue, with the goal of getting you well enough that you don’t need to keep coming back regularly—just as needed for adjustments. I started feeling better in no time, and I’m confident I’ve found an outstanding chiropractor who genuinely cares about my well-being. Highly recommended!

I had my First visit with Dr. Adamson today. I am SO, SO glad I chose him to be my chiropractor here in Holly Springs! He was friendly with a very calm energy to him that made the entire visit so comfortable and peaceful. His office was nice and clean, he was very professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable about everything.
The last chiropractor I use to see could Not get the right side of my back to crack one single time, even after many visits, which is what I needed to happen because it’s my problem area that causes a tremendous amount of pain. I was SO impressed and amazed when Dr. Adamson used all of his power and strength and was able to make it happen on the first try!! It was such a relief! I couldn’t believe it! He really did it!
All of the cracking and adjustments he performed today he did SO well with so much confidence and just the amount of appropriate force and maneuver that needed to happen!
I’m super happy I found Dr. Adamson and I look forward to continuing my chiropractic wellness journey with him!

The staff at Holly Springs chiropractic got me in very quickly as in like 30 minutes of my call. I was in too much pain to describe. Dr Adamson is a great guy and very professional . Does his job very well and I'm now upright and able to walk with little pain just in one visit. I don't know what he did but it was magic! Highly recommend this place! I will tell all my friends. Shout out to Riley too at the front desk. Awesome!!

I was looking for a local chiropractor to assist with turning my breech baby. Dr. Adamson is certified in the Webster technique which was the technique recommended by my OB. He was in network with my insurance and extremely easy and flexible with scheduling. I came to him a little bit late in my pregnancy, but with his assistance, my baby easily turned during the version maneuver done by my OB. There are many factors that go into whether or not a breech baby will flip, but I'm so glad I went to him to increase my chances. I also felt a lot better after each session with a more aligned pelvis/sacrum.
