I called and set up an inspection, bracing myself for a pushy salesperson that would pressure us into services we didn’t actually need. Instead, we met Dale, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and transparent about what our options were. He gave great advice that helped us stay on budget. I’m definitely keeping his business card in case his services are needed in the future!“

“The crew leader was professional and kept us updated on the project's progress. Unfortunately, the attention to detail was lacking, resulting in a return trip to correct a railing that was not level, shoddy painting, and gaps in the balusters. We requested black hardware, but they returned with silver and informed us that we could 'spray paint it'. The railing itself is rough and not smooth. Additionally, the project's cost increased due to an unexpected add-on that was not included in the original quote. Finally, while the cleanup inside was great, the outside was left a mess.
Edit (11/10/25): After our review, Ana from JF Stairs reached out to discuss further (note that we had previously discussed this prior to the review being posted and had requested that they return to correct the railing and some of the painting). They did offer to come back and replace the hardware, and reimbursed us for the painting costs, which we appreciated. While the hassle of three visits was frustrating, they made every effort to correct what they could and ensure we were satisfied with the final product. The owner came out personally on the final trip to ensure we were happy and emphasized that there is a 1 year warranty on the work.“
