The whole team was wonderful and I appreciate them so much for being patient with me and my kids since they weren’t having a good time, i genuinely could not recommend them enough!
They are always so great to work with. Very prompt and attentive. I have never waited and find Pam extremely efficient and competent! Both doctors have great bed-side manners and I find them to be extremely knowledgeable in their field. I have been a patient there since shortly after they opened. I have two pair of glasses and I wear contacts. I also have a condition they monitor me for and i'm so grateful that they can do it there instead of having to go to a large ophthalmology office. I would recommend them to anyone and my mother in law also gets her eye care there now.
Had a wonderful experience. Dr. Whitacre and the entire staff were very professional and friendly. Picking out new glasses can be daunting but Hailey was so helpful and patient, making the process very easy.
