Naturally, the A/C stopped working the day we hit 90 degrees. The tech came out same day & diagnosed & repaired it in @ 45 min; <$300
AMAZING! I will continue to use Alexander. They have always done right by me.
Ryan arrived exactly on time and immediately set to work. He reviewed the entire system and pointed out areas that need to be addressed in the short term. He was personable, pleasant and exceptionally knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better experience and our HVAC system is better for it!
They do all my routine maintenance on all 3 of my properties, including my home. Always do good work and the techs are very knowledgeable and respectful. Charles was extra helpful on this visit
