Truck broke down and under 30 mins Connor was there to haul it back to our house! He was Very friendly, helpful and made a stressful situation great! Thanks for the help, would definitely recommend this company and use in the future although I hope I don't have too!
We have had towing two or three times with Hooked Up and feel confident in recommending them without hesitation. They are prompt and courteous and we have been more pleased with them and their service than what we have experienced with other towers.
We really wish there was a way to fill in additional stars.

I accidently locked my car key inside my car. After calling 3 others places nearby and couldn't get a hold of 2 and the 3rd said they would be several hours, I called Hooked up & they said they could get to me in 15 min!The dispatched a person to me, Jason, he called to confirm my location, price and time estimate and arrived in exactly 15 minJason was so kind, explained all he was doing and why, was patient and gentle with my car and kept me relaxed while he workedI really appreciated his expertise, professionalism and help!Highly recommend this company to everyone!!!
