Mark was great on the phone, keeping us updated the whole time on when Joe would arrive, which we really appreciated. Joe did an awesome job getting the car safely out of the ditch and made the whole process look easy. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Mark and Ralph were so amazing and super friendly!! Mark walked me through all the options I had an tried to save me as much money as possible! They came out within an hour to change my battery and my car needed to be towed anyway so Ralph took it straight over to my mechanic! I will always be using Hooked-Up Towing as AAA wouldn’t take my car. Great price too!! 10 stars!
