Bob is a great home inspector. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His reports are very detailed and contain video clips of any issue that he finds such as a leaking sink drain or if there is an unusually loud noise. He make the buyer aware of everything without scaring them..
Bob’s expertise and inspection reports are not the least expensive but they are worth every penny.
