Called the water specialist, they came and tested the water using inside and outside samples. Order was inside the house but not detected from the outside sample.
They recommended replacing the anode in the hot water heater. That action resolve the odor issue.

Yesterday, The Water Specialist replaced my well pump pressure tank. The pricing was fair, interactions with staff friendly and professional, and the onsite tech (Damian) did an excellent install and was a please to work with.
