My wife is to polite to say anything but I will. They ruined her hair. She spent years growing her hair out & wanted something pretty simple & pretty specific done probably one of the simplest haircuts in history, (The Betty Page) She went in with photos and clear instructions, I dropped her off & came to pick her up and she wouldn't take her hoody off. I'm a big dumb man & even I know what she got was wrong. she wore it that way for years when we first met. I am in our bathroom with clippers trying to help fix her hair. She's distraught, a womans hair is important. The stylist did not pay attention. I do not appreciate what was done to my wife's self esteem.

Got my eyebrows done with the best Citlali Salinas #18 she did such a great job and Took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me her advice as well to make me feel comfortable with my decision. I really recommend her.

My wife and I both got tattoos during a flash sale at Butterfly Effect on Saturday. Both of our tattoos took less than 40 mins combined, and they both look fantastic! Karissa did a fantastic job, was super welcoming and the overall vibe of the shop is just great. Will definitely consider Karissa and Butterfly Effect for my next tattoo.
