The main water line inside the house burst. Thankfully we discovered it within minutes and called Ted’s who dispatched one of their best and brightest who quickly diagnosed the issue, dug through the hard ground outside to access the line; replaced the cracked PVC, tested it and we are good to go!! Daniel indeed lived out Ted’s core values and we are thankful he is on the Ted’s team!
Levi and Tyler were the two service technicians I dealt with. Both very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all my questions. I was pleased with turnaround time from service call on Sunday and getting the new water heater installed on Monday.
My reason for not giving 5 stars is the total price. I just can’t get over how much things have gone up.
I have been in my home for two years, and I have just recently started using Ted's for my HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance (I have the Ted's Club maintenance plan). Kendall came out for my Electrical inspection today, and he went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were addressed correctly. While I had no Electrical issues that needed attention, I did have a B-Vent (HVAC) issue that was discovered during my HVAC maintenance appointment with Ted's that Kendall was able to appropriately address on his visit today. He also noticed some interior doors in my home that did not latch properly, so he tightened the screws in the hinges to make sure those doors...read full review
