“I highly recommend Collins Roofing. We bought a new home and there were some repairs that were needed. We called Collins based on recommendations. We received an estimate promptly and were told that the repairs were about two weeks out. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call a couple of days later that they’d be able to come out. They were very knowledgeable and professional. As a sidenote, they also do gutter work. I asked the estimator if he would look at our gutters. “We had the unusual opportunity to see Chief and a competitor working side-by-side, on nearly identical roofs, on the same day. We chose the winner (Chief); our neighbor had chosen another roofer. Watching the two teams move through the various stages of the job was fascinating. While both jobs look good, I observed countless details, all of which were better on the Chief side of the contest. What I watched was teamwork, with well coordinated roles, well practiced processes for each step and stage of the job, and planned inspections, to ensure quality before the next stage began. Our roof was done more quickly, with greater attention to detail. Chief even did an additional inspection, the following day, with additional magnetic sweep for nails and tiny debris. I did not observe this on the competing job. Chief delivers on the "Skill" that is in their by-line: "Skilled Labor Isn’t Cheap… Cheap Labor Isn’t Skilled." We got more than we paid for.“
