Dear Ms. Joy Gurganus, Mr. George Boothroyd, and everyone at Chief Roofing;
Ms. Gurganus, thank you for sending me the form for tax credit, the Manufacturer's Certification Statement, and the specific information I need to complete the form. You have relieved my anxiety about how to claim the tax credit.
All the employees at Chief Roofing, Inc., have been incredibly helpful answering every question I asked before, during, and after the job. I appreciated my discussions with Mr. Boothroyd providing the specifics I needed to make informed choices of the CertainTeed roof products.
Your installation crew exhibited professional expertise while replacing our roof, which gave me every confidence in their performance. Your crew supervisor explained whatever I did not understand, although, mostly, I expressed awe of the crew's work. The crew worked steadily to complete the job. There was no unnecessary noise.
The new roof noticeably enhances our house's appearance. I sincerely appreciate your work in making our first major home repair a pleasant experience. I will be delighted to refer your company to anyone whom I hear needs repair or replacement of a roof.
Thank you, very much.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Joan Wilson
