NC Drainage did an excellent job from start to finish. They sent a three-man crew, completed the work just as planned, and the quality of the job was very good. What really impressed me, though, was how great they left my yard looking after digging nearly a 100-foot trench for drainage. In 2 weeks you can almost not see the 12 inch gap that was there.
Each of the three crew members genuinely cared about what I thought throughout the process. They checked in with me during each step and even took the time to relocate the excess dirt from the trench in a way that looked clean and presentable.

Update: August 2026 - we have had two more projects completed by NC Drainage, the latest of which was to replace a portion of a driveway french drain that had been installed over 26 years ago by another contractor. The section had deterioated and was beginning to sink. They removed the old sections, stabilized the base and installed new drainage, including a larger discharge to the drain pipe to help prevent clogging. All three projects were excellent. Also - the office manager (Danika) communicated with us frequently to provide updates on scheduling the work and followed-up promptly to be sure we were completely satisfied. Jason knows his stuff. Immediately knew I’d come to the right place. We had a long standing water intrusion into the basement and Jason’s solution totally handled it!!
