“NC Drainage did an excellent job from start to finish. They sent a three-man crew, completed the work just as planned, and the quality of the job was very good. What really impressed me, though, was how great they left my yard looking after digging nearly a 100-foot trench for drainage. In 2 weeks you can almost not see the 12 inch gap that was there.
Each of the three crew members genuinely cared about what I thought throughout the process. They checked in with me during each step and even took the time to relocate the excess dirt from the trench in a way that looked clean and presentable.
We did have an initial miscommunication with the office, but the owner addressed it quickly and professionally. He was more than fair in working through the changes in scope and the final billing.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service.”
