This was the first time that my wife and I had a house built and we were from out of state. We picked this builder, Jeff Peloquin, because he is a custom builder that could build a mid-century style house. We were expertly guided by our project manager, Shawn Lewis. The communications were excellent. What could have been a stressful time was actually not bad at all. We love the finished project!

Our home was excellently built by Peloquin Construction in 2021. We worked closely with Shawn Lewis who supervised/managed our house's construction. Shawn always responded quickly and reviewed every question we had in the process. Thank you to Shawn and Dennis for being there each step of the way with such detail in your work. We are beyond ecstatic with the way our custom home turned out. Jeff and his team were open, honest, and reliable in their timelines, products, and details. We knew what to expect every step of the way.Shawn Lewis was absolutely amazing to work with. He kept us in the loop at least weekly about next steps, timelines, deliveries, and updates. He was honest and gave us lots of information regarding our custom build. Our home is beautiful and we are so grateful to this team for all their hard work on it.
