Dr. Graham and her staff are the absolute BEST especially the manager at the Medispa and the lady who does the laser hair treatments. They are unbelievably kind going above and beyond to ensure that you have the most positive experience. I doubt that most people look forward to a laser hair treatment but I can honestly say that I do. I highly recommend Dr. Graham and especially the Medispa!

Good experience. Dr. Benitez-Graham was recommended to me by a relative who also had had a good experience there. Nice office, polite staff, and the doctor was personable and professional. She answered all my questions. I had a bad patch of skin on my arm. Dr. Benitez-Graham performed a biopsy right away. She and her assistance were gentle, which was great because I was a bundle of nerves. One more thought: In posting this review, I notice a few brutal reviews from a year or so ago regarding staffing. For whatever it's worth, based on my experience, I'd say those kinks have been worked out. The place struck me as fully staffed by smart and polite people.

I had a great experience at the spa. They really worked with me to get what I wanted accomplished. The outcome was amazing. They took the extra time to make sure I was happy with my services. They tried to make it affordable for you with the different programs they have and what is in your budget.
