“Best barber shop in town. I've been going here for over 30 years and they treat you like family. Mr Laxton is the only person that can touch my hair. All the men in my family go here and Mr Laxton remembers pretty much everyone. They make you feel like you're at home here. I took my son for the first time yesterday, and Mr Laxton was super nice to him because my son didn't know what kind of hair style he wanted. So he had to cut my son's hair 4 times. But he didn't mind one bit. That's why I go here. Because they treat you like human beings and not like cattle rushing you in and out as fast as that can. Also, their prices are very reasonable. I don't think they've changed their prices in 40 years ?. They also have women here cutting hair, just in case you wanted a female touch.“

“Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I walked in with quite long and thick hair and was done with it all. For the 1st time, I wanted very short hair, so I asked to have really short, like a boys in the back with a little style to the front top. When finished, I couldn't have been any happier. With all the work that was done, I have to say they have very fair pricing. Actually, I was a little stunned when I was told what I had to pay. Something that others would have charged $30-$40 for ended up at $20 plus I gave a nice tip. I was so grateful for the cut well done and good pricing. I would suggest and recommend others stop by.“

She always takes the time to explain the process to me before performing a service, gives me advise on how to best take care of my hair, & recommends products when asked. The last couple years, I've been getting IBE extensions from her as well & love them so much! The technique she uses hides the beads & looks so incredibly natural! She's also one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. She goes out of her way to make her clients comfortable & happy!
