I came for a therapeutic massage because I could barely move my head to the left. I spent 45 minutes in the infrared sauna under the light therapy and then went in for a 90 minute massage.
By the time Liz finished, I could move my head to the left again. My hips are back in place and I can lay flat again!
I am very thankful.

My girlfriends and I did a wellness spa day at Unfurl and had the most rejuvenating experience! We started the day with yoga, had a delicious lunch, enjoyed massages, and ended our day with a sound bath. We were completely transported to a relaxing mindset with Betty’s incredible team. Highly recommend!
As a sapphire Resident only knowing about the Old Edwards Inn for spa in Highkamds, NC , were no openings so they suggested Unfurl down the street for my daughter’s 30th birthday with friends. Betty owner was beyond kind and accommodating . The place felt “very Zen” and comfortable . My daughter esp loved it because she has alot of back issues and she was totally taken care of . I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back !!
