So, if you can avoid this store PLEASE DO!!! I am not sure what the deal is here but some staff are not professional in their communication with customers. I went in on Thursday to return an item-- and the customer service computer system was down and of course no one knew when they would be up again. Later that same day, I called back and went through all the necessary phone prompts only to be disconnected after their system reached its maximum rings. So I'm thinking this is coincidence-- well no-- I called back the next day and the same thing happened AGAIN. What in the world is going on within this store. And there were not any shopping carts inside the store either....read full review

There are two Walmart Supercenters in High Point and they're both on Main Street. There's one on North Main and one on South Main. This is the South Main location, store #1613. It's bigger than the North Main location and is also closer to Archdale and Trinity. Residents of nearby Thomasville, Archdale, Trinity, and Jamestown come to this Walmart to shop.My dad prefers coming to this Walmart over the one on North Main because it has a bigger selection, more items in stock, and he can get in and out faster. I agree with him, for the most part. A reason to not come to this location over the North Main location is it's generally more crowded and hectic. Just a lot more people...read full review
