No staff, no greeting, long wait. I went for a pedicure and they just sit you in a chair with no communication as to when someone will be available to provide service. I wouldn’t call this a spa.

Run from the eyebrow lady!!! I also saw someone getting their nails done and they looked absolutely horrible!!
