Great place!!! They offer a variety of products, services , and fitness classes. The owner Shateika is always positive and offers great advice & suggestions. If you’re in the surrounding area, and looking for a healthier alternative, Don’t think twice about stopping!!!! Just go!!!!

You can’t go wrong with any shake, tea, or treat… I went in about 2 years go and been hooked ever since. The products are not the only things that’s good, so are the vibes!! Great place all around, I highly recommend.

I just had to stop by here on the way to SC from VA to get my fuel while on the road, Shatika got me right for the long ride! ? For now on, this'll be my go to spot for when I'm in route to SC. Shatika was so helpful in my selection of lit tea this morning! Showing love from VA ?
