First time visiting this eye care group and they were extremely friendly. They educated me on the paperwork I was filling out and the wait time was less than a minute. I met the doctor and he was knowledgeable and thorough which I really appreciate as a diabetic who has concerns with my eyes.. Eyes are healthy btw but I highly recommend having your eyes examed here. I did not purchase glasses from them due to my insurance not covering a good portion of it until 2026 which is no fault to them, I just have sucky vision insurance. Once again I highly recommend this place as your next eye care place.

I have been going to this eye center since moving here over 29 years ago. It used to be I could get an appointment within a few weeks now it's a few months. And I finally got in and ordered new glasses with new frames. Two weeks later I called and ended up speaking with just a network receptionist not the local location. I was wanting to know when my new glasses would be in. She indicated she would contact the local office since they were not picking up and have them call me. No call ever happened. So now four weeks from when I ordered I stopped by the office and my glasses still are not ready. This is ridiculous. So who knows when my paid for in full glasses will... read full review

I didn't know the Eye Care group was purchased out by Triangle Vision. I have been going here for over 10 years, and having an eye condition and having to look for a new optometrist is scary. Dr. Kowal was the best optometrist. I've ever had. I found out about this transition when I was calling to get the remaining of my contacts for this year before my benefits reset. Some guy answered when I called the eyecare group in High Point, Rude, gave him my name and number. He stated he was not sure when they would call me back. I was like, they can just email my prescription, and I will get the rest of my contacts lens. " He didn't verify me... read full review
