“As a local business owner I was tanning several days ago and I heard what was a disagreement between a customer and a staff member. The customer was completely rude and as I listened from the room she was mad about suspected debit/credit card fee, as a regular customer I have only seen signage that speaks about dual pricing. The customer (Megan) I see left a review. Her actions inside the tanning salon, I would have removed her from my business but the staff member was trying to explain. The customer was literally RUDE over $2.00. DUAL PRICING is legal and customer failing to carry cash should understand a business can’t eat these charges to maintain affordability for customers!! I support The Tan Line for asking this client not to come back!! If a client will call threatening a business over $2 this customer is ultimately a threat to the business in general & to customers!!
I believe this customer isn’t very educated and no business should have to deal with such ridiculousness!!”
