I initially saw Dr. Willard years ago for a small procedure. I was very happy with those results. Around 9 months ago, at 33, I went back for a z-plasty of the neck and was incredibly disappointed with the results. I raised concerns immediately after surgery and at subsequent follow up appointments concerning excess skin/sagging that was still remaining. I was told I was being "a perfectionist" and this was the best that could be done for my issue. That a revision would leave a visible scar, even though one was visible then and now. I went in for Gynecomastia surgery, Dr Willard is a master at his profession. The staff there are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional they make you feel like family. I had consultations with several different plastic surgeons and chose Dr Willard because of his experience, knowledge and the way he approached my concerns. If anyone wants to have a procedure done I would consult with a couple of plastic surgeons but make sure you see Dr Willard. Once you meet him and his staff your choice will be an easy one. They are amazing! I can't say enough about how great my experience was.
Dr. Willard did an amazing job reconstructing my abdomen from previous emergency surgeries. My abdomen looks amazing and I now have regained my confidence. I recommend him and his team. They took care of me during and after my procedure and kept my pain to a minimum. They were all so very caring and patient. I would go back if I decided I needed any other procedures and recommend him and his team. Thank you guys.
