Great place and great prices too. He was able to get my shoes back to like new conditions. I left my ticket and he worked with me still and I did not have to go back and get it. Which was a good thing since I was locked out of my car and the ticket was in the car lol. My life is so exciting and adventurous. The good news is that I now have two of my favorite shoes back especially the brown which is a participar favorite of mine and I haven't work it in so long. I can't wait to wear it again. Happy day!
Vasily is a man of few words…but…he most definitely knows what he is doing! The buckle on my Birkenstocks was broken and he did the repair while I waited on a Saturday afternoon. In less than 15 minutes, I was back in my car. I sincerely appreciate how efficiently Vasily repaired my shoe. Never judge a book by its cover. I will be back.
I’ve been coming here for handbag and shoe repairs for a while now, and the work is always excellent and done quickly. The owner is not a chatty guy, but he knows his craft and gets the job done right. Be prepared to pay upfront—seems like a lot of people don’t pick up their items, so I get why he does it this way. It’s a very old-school shop: you drop off your item, come back on the agreed-upon day, and it’s ready. If you’re polite and respectful, you’ll have a smooth experience. Highly recommend for quality repairs!
