I stopped by here today as the air pressure was low on all my tires. Also, once I got there, I noticed a nail in one of the tires. These guys were great. They took my car right in, put air in all the tires and removed the nail. Thanks to Adrian and the other workers, I was back on my way quickly. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I won’t hesitate to go back in the future for my car care needs. Excellent customer service.

My tire popped on the side of the road and I had to get my car towed here. I called and they were able to get me a quote over the phone. The customer service was amazing and they assured me while I was going through the stressful situation. After I got the tow there, they changed my tire in under the amount of time that they anticipated. There was an area for me to sit and do my homework, an area for children, and they didn’t charge me over the quoted price. I followed Bryan over to Mavis from NTB because of his Excellent knowledge on cars and the ways that he communicates that to me. I appreciate how he welcomes me by name and asks how things are going with me; like he truly cares about my well-being. And his team at Mavis have never disappointed me when it comes to their customer service! Logan always makes me feel welcomed and keeps me informed on ways to keep my vehicle in the best shape, just like Bryan! Both of them are just Awesome!!
