Worst purchase for our home. We bought over 12k worth of engineered hardwood flooring. Kodiak Rye Mannington floors. in the first week the floors were already chipping and had scratches. After 2 months it looked like these floors were 40 years old with scratches and gouges. We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs. the floors say "pet friendly", what they mean is you can only walk on these floors with pillows on your feet. These floors are cheaply made and scratch and dent with any minor furniture, toy, or shoe. This company is a joke and will deny any claim you submit. Stay away from this company and their cheap floors, I am positive you can find better value anywhere else.

Glorified stained balsa wood! Never buy this with hard earned money. Worst investment ever. We don't have pets and don't wear shoes in the house but if you look at it sideways it scratches. Oh and I just dropped my plastic firestick remote and it dented the floor! Garbage....

I have a dental office and chose the professional quality laminate that is waterproof and durable. In the 4 years I've had it they repaired it once and blamed the damage on the "split caster" chairs I use. I spoke with the chair manufacturer and they said they were not aware of any issues with flooring due to split casters. I was also told that I needed to change all the casters on my chairs to a solid caster, which I did. The second time the flooring showed damage I called. It took several weeks to get the manufacturer representative out to inspect. He said that it would be covered under warranty but that they recommend a mat be used over the high traffic areas.
