Lab Services at Premier

I've love love my primary care doctor. Hate hate hate that every time I come here I know it is going to take way way longer than it is supposed to. Literally have to keep like three hours open in my schedule just to play it safe. ‍

Horrible experience! Where do I start? I fell and broke my ankle, so I went to have an XRay done, The NP looked at my foot and scheduled me an XRAY. Well, I WALKED all the way down to the XRAY dept on my hurt ankle to find out the XRay machine was down and I couldn't get an X-ray, but they failed to tell me they were down beforehand. I found out when I had to WALK down there. They never offered to get me a wheelchair or anything. They saw me limping and hopping. I hopped back up to the main level to the counter, all the way back to see the doctor, and all the way back to the front desk. Only to get told I had to go to a different location to have my XRay. This place has been a colossal disappointment to me. I have had four different appointments which were all canceled due to their errors. Three different times they assumed they knew where my prior mammogram tests were completed. Each time they were wrong. Prior to my fourth appointment, I called to double check only to find that again they didn't have anything. They do not communicate with the patient because they do not follow up to make certain they have all of their information. I have asked my PCP to refer me to another facility. However, only God knows when I will hear back from him since he is also with Wake Forest Baptist Health Premier.
